Q: How do I become a member?
A: Fill in a membership form which can be downloaded from the MEMBERSHIP page of this website.
Q: How do I find out where a venue is?
A: Click on the ACTIVITY VENUE DETAILS page of this website (sub page to ACTIVITIES)
Q: How do I pay for the activities I have booked?
A: By cheque (made payable to 'Special Kids Bexhill'), into our bank account (contact us for the details) or cash at any of our events/coffee mornings.
Q: Where do I send a cheque to?

Q: If I forget what I have booked spaces at, how can I find out?
A: Please refer to the email/text we sent you confirming what we were able to book you into.
Q: What do I do if an activity I want to come to is full?
A: Contact us and asked to be added to the waiting list.
Q: Will I get a refund if I am unable to come to an activity?
A: No - our general policy is not to give refunds.
Q: When do I have to pay for the activities I have booked?
A: We ask that people pay within 2 weeks of when they booked.
